Waiver Agreement

Scope

This agreement applies to every order placed with VisionPeptides. Placing an order confirms that you have read it and that you accept it on behalf of yourself and the entity you represent.

Research use only

All materials supplied by VisionPeptides are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease in humans or animals.

No statement on this site, in our materials, or from our staff is a claim of therapeutic effect, safety, or fitness for any use in humans or animals.

Who may order

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are ordering on behalf of a qualified research entity, and the category you select at checkout is accurate.
• You are qualified by training and experience to handle research chemicals safely.
• You will not administer these materials to humans or animals, or supply them to anyone who intends to.
• You will not resell or redistribute them for any purpose outside laboratory research.

Handling and safety

You are responsible for handling, storing, and disposing of these materials in accordance with your own institutional procedures and all applicable law. You are responsible for assessing the hazards of any material before you use it.

Assumption of risk

You accept the risks inherent in handling research chemicals. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionPeptides accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from use of these materials, and our liability in any event is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify VisionPeptides against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use, storage, or onward supply of materials purchased from us, or from any breach of this agreement.

Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and possession of these materials is lawful where you are. We will refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for use outside laboratory research, or which we cannot lawfully supply.
