How we take payment, when your order is released, and how billing problems are handled.

Orders are settled by Zelle or bank transfer. When you place an order you will receive payment instructions by email, including the reference to quote so we can match your transfer to your order.
We do not accept card payments on this site and never ask for card details by email or telephone.
Placing an order reserves it; it is prepared and shipped once your transfer has cleared. Transfers usually clear within one to two business days.
Orders that remain unpaid after 7 days are cancelled and the stock released. You are welcome to order again.
Always include the reference from your confirmation email with your transfer. Without it we may not be able to match your payment, which delays your order.
All prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: the total shown includes any discount and the shipping method you selected.
Prices can change without notice, but the total confirmed at checkout is what governs your order.
Quantity discounts are applied automatically at checkout and are shown as a separate line in your order summary, so you can see exactly what was deducted and why.
Any sales tax due is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. You are responsible for any other levy your institution or jurisdiction imposes.
If a transfer arrives short, we will contact you for the balance and hold the order until it is settled. Overpayments are returned to the account they came from.
If something on your invoice looks wrong, email support@visionpeptides.com with your order number and we will investigate. We would always rather correct a billing error directly than have you dispute a transfer with your bank.
