VisionPeptides supplies research-grade peptides to laboratories and research organisations. This policy covers the information we handle when you browse this site, create an account, or place an order.

What we collect

We collect only what an order or an account requires:

• Contact and delivery details: name, email address, postal address and telephone number. Carriers require a telephone number before they will quote a shipping rate.
• Your research entity declaration: the category of organisation you identify at checkout. We record it against the order.
• Order history: what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
• Account credentials: your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in a readable form.
• Technical data: pages requested and approximate location derived from your IP address, used to keep the site working and secure.

What we do not collect

We do not take card numbers on this site. Orders are settled by bank transfer or Zelle, so no card details are entered, transmitted, or stored by us at any point.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Why we hold it

• To process, ship and support your order.
• To confirm that materials are supplied to a qualified research entity, which is a condition of sale.
• To meet our record-keeping obligations as a supplier of research chemicals.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our shipping carriers, our payment bank, and the service providers that host this store and send its email. Each receives the minimum required and is not permitted to use it for anything else.

We will disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and shipping records are retained for as long as our regulatory and tax obligations require. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Deleting an account does not remove completed order records we are obliged to keep.

Your choices

• See or correct your details at any time from your account.
• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete your account and any data we are not required to retain.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message. Order and account emails are transactional and continue regardless.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function: keeping your cart, keeping you signed in, and remembering your research entity declaration during checkout. These cannot be read by scripts in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
